My package was marked as delivered. As they didn't buzz to let me know they were here (they never do) I happened to check the tracking site and went down to get the package 8 minutes after it was said it was delivered. I reached out and the assistant immediately refunded me and was very helpful. I wish there had been an opportunity to try and get another delivery this week but it wasn't offered and I didn't ask. I appreciate the quick response though.
