I purchased a pair of shoes on February 23 of this year and I just to decided to wear them. The right shoe has the defect of fastening on the same ankle as the left shoe. The defect is easily noticed and was not noticed until I got ready to wear them. I contacted customer service and they told me since it has been over 30 days they could not help me. I then pointed out that their policy says they guarantee against defects and it has no expiration of the time. They still refused to help. I could see them refusing me if it had been a year or longer.
