They will terminate your account and cancel all the rewards if they found you have too much reward transactions.
And customer service will only tell you "all your rewards were canceled and your account was terminated".
If your account was locked due to misuse of the program, you should have received an email from us explaining exactly why your account was shut down. If you do not agree with your account being shut down you can certainly reach out to me directly at Help@FreeShipping.com.
