I've been using them CONSISTENTLY since 2015. I placed a $150 order in Aug 2021 and never received it. They finally returned my money a month later after reaching out multiple times but they deleted my account out of spite I guess. It used to be such a good website but if this is how they do their loyal customers then oh well.
Hello Tonisha, My name is Bella Lagunas and I am the manager in charge. I am looking into what happened with your order and it looks like it may have bene lost in transit. During 2020 and 2021 we experienced a lot of delays, a lot of staff shortage due to Covid-19 from all our shipping carriers especially USPS. We were hoping that your pacakge was just a delay, however since it was lost we went ahead and refunded your full amount. During that process too, we did an update on our website, where our customers had to reactivate their accounts so they can start earning points on all their purchases. Your email and orders were never deleted. I just emailed you to reactivate your account. I don't want you to think that we deleted your accounts to be spiteful.
