Horrible customer service.
Ordered a hoodie through them. It never arrived. After one supposed delivery attempt (even though I was home at the time) it said it was returning to sender.
That was two and a half months ago and they are refusing to provide me with a refund. At this stage it's a complete scam. Made a purchase through them, no attempt to deliver and now they've just kept my money and are refusing to even reply to emails.
Do not use them as this may easily happen to you. Look elsewhere.
