The site is very easy to navigate. My experience with shipping was horrible, my items came months after my trip. When I requested a refund, they wanted me to wait it out! As if I haven't already. They were good at communicating back and forth and in a very timely manner. The items are of very good quality. I just wish they would deliver faster! I want to order again, because it's so many items I want, but that delivery makes me halt!
Customer service was great at communicating and following up. I appreciated that very much after all of the delay hassle.
