I placed an order for some whole house filters and was not made aware they were on back order until a least a week later. No personal contact, just an update saying the delivering would be in late October. Late October, no filters, no contact until an update saying delivery on November 6th. No delivery, no contact just an update saying delivery on November 15th when I will not be able to take delivery, no personal contact.
Customer service is slow to respond and unresponsive to addressing the problems I wrote to them about.
