I just left Pandora at the Depford Mall. My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for me with charms 2 years ago and it broke. Laura was my associate, she was not caring towards my broken charm. She asked for my boyfriend's email, said there was a different bracelet purchased (lied), would not show me the proof. Told me that Pandora could only repair my bracelet if it was purchased within a year, regardless and told me to go to get it repaired by a jeweler. To be such a large company, you should stand by your merchandise- regardless. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any other jewelry from Pandora and I will reach out to the corporate office regarding this issue.
