CAUTION: DO NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE PLAN!

Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I opened a claim 2 months ago regarding a simple screen fix on my Ipad. I bought the insurance through a recommendation from the Fresno uBreakiFix representative, Angel. I have used the uBreakiFix store in the past for other repairs without issue and thought it would be a good way to protect my electronics in the future. Anyways, it took 2 month and 17 calls through the Asurion Plus Support Line just to get my claim processed. You don't even get a direct line to the claims department, so you have to go through their monotonous support line. A representative named Skyler was the only positive experience I had talking to their Customer Support Professionals, as literally every other CSP I spoke with had no idea what they are talking about. A bunch of empty promises and missed check ins.

I did all this work to be told that my product was unrepairable and needing to be replaced, once again by me having to follow up with them. They never sent me an email, gave me a phone call, sent a text... I had to call them and go through their BS support line just to be told my product can't be fixed. Over a simple screen crack. I was told I would receive an email in 3-5 business days regarding some additional paperwork that I would have to fill out in order to get a replacement of my product. Welp, we are now on Day 7 since I was told that and I still have not received an email regarding a replacement on my device. There seems to be no end in sight to the incompetence this company burdens society with. DO NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE PLAN. I should have done my research before doing business with this s-show of a company.
