My order was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago and it's nowhere in site! Tracking said that it was delivered but I have yet to receive my items. I emailed them and they have not followed up, I've had to continuously reach out for "investigation" updates. I received a credit today. I did not pay with a credit, so why would you issue me a credit? And what in the world would make them think that I would EVER in life order with them again after such a terrible experience? They also informed me that if I "report it to my bank, I'll be marked as fraudulent in their system." LMAO. If you're going to flag anything as fraud, it needs to be your own business. So basically, you're taking my money and basically blocking me from ordering. Lol. First and very last time doing business with this trash company
