Ordered a new device. Came in and it didn't work at all. Wouldn't power on or charge. Contacted Fast Tech and was advised that I had to return it at my cost to have a replacement.
To be fair. They did refund 50% of the return charges per their policy.
So I waited 4 months to get the replacement device. And guess what. Doesn't work either. Pretty sure they may have sent the first one back to me as it's doing the EXACT same thing as the first one.

Apparently there's little to no quality assurance. I mean if you're sending a replacement for a defective unit... don't you test it first to make sure your customer doesn't get another one that doesn't work?

Waiting now to see if I can get a refund. So far this defective device has now cost me more than if I had purchased one locally. Not much of a deal... and here I am 4 months later with no refund and no working unit!

Honestly... stay away. Use other sites like gear best if you want deals.
