They cancelled an order I needed urgently, then blamed it on me. Left me in the lurch with no reasonable explanation. When I asked why, they blamed it on a chargeback to my account. It was my first order. Then they disappeared completely. I can appreciate an honest mistake but disappearing like that is inexcusable.
