I'm a 70 year old physician and very familiar with custom made suits. This was not a custom made sport coat, just a 39L garment that wasn't even made to their own 39L measurements stated on their web site, much less to my specifications.
They refuse to take the garment back and trade it for another, even if I pay all the shipping costs.
At this point I just want to get a refund. Stay away from this company, poor quality and horrible customer service.
