If I could give negative stars I would give a thousand of them. All negative reviews have been "verified" on TrustPilot for a reason, because BisectHosting continues to repeatedly flag negative reviews and it's because they want to keep tabs on who even gives them a negative reviews since TrustPilot sells out who is the one making the reviews even if you say no. They will not compensate you if their service is flawed when they buy their servers from other hosts/venders. They do not communicate with their server vendors. I suggest that's what anyone considering Bisect should do, just buy from the source host. Bisect themselves are not the source of the hosted servers and will use this as an excuse repeatedly when you ask more about why you have poor service. They will start to play the blame game while not addressing your concerns of poor performance. Even if they sell you something that is unplayable they will illegally say they have sold you a service even when you receive nothing or something that is unplayable. Bisect is just a middle man and they use this as an excuse whenever they need one to veer their customers concerns. But there's more. Bisect will not follow their own terms of service and refund you if you have only used their "service" for less than 3 days. Even if it is unplayable. One moment they're not seeing you as the problem and then the next they're passive aggressive hungry for your money, saying you have ruined everything on your server (even if your server just came as is) and ready to harass you and make you pay money for them to "fix" your server. So even if you have done nothing at all. You will be blamed for it. If you're looking to buy from a Minecraft server host. Run from this one. Because If you do purchase their services don't be surprised if you can't get your money back or worse yet get automatically charged!

(I had to block them off my credit card company for a multitude of reasons, one of them being that I would absolutely not get automatically charged by them)

I had the worst experience of dealing with these people. First it started them saying they couldn't refund me because their terms of service said it "interferes with other people who are currently buying the service" the problem is, I bought dedicated server. That means I should be the only one to have bought that server for that entire time period because it is dedicated to me only'. Not only that, I had only used their dedicated for less than 3 days and it was all unplayable, (note: I was paying for something that's suppose to last me 30 days and this was only 2 days in when I first submitted my support ticket). It couldn't even handle 1 person being online. (Dedicated servers with 16GB and specs it had should have easily handle 160 users) Costed me $86 for a month, it was an insane rip off. It was horrible. Terrible. Disgusting. Upsetting. Everything I thought that was bad already was going to go for the worse. My dedicated server that was suppose to easily handle 160 players and enough mods to effectively have at least 3 mini-games, somehow couldn't even handle 1 player, no plugins / mini-games. 2 days straight I was trying to fix this problem solo.

(If you are a parent reading, be concerned, because even if you aren't the one purchasing these servers these people do not remove your credit card information without fighting with you over it, claiming they need to keep your personal information for "documentation" on you.)

Even long after I have asked Bisect many times to remove my personal information from them they still continue to spam me these e-mails to this day about their servers, a constant reminder of them still keeping and holding onto my personal information for them to spam and hold onto my credit card information even after I specifically did a name change on their website. This is more than 3 months of discontinuing with them and they continue to hold all of my personal information which is extremely disturbing.

For $86 a month for 2 days of a dedicated server that is unplayable, endless harassment of them wanting my personal information on file, and keeping it even when I have denied them consent, reporting them to my credit card company, and being blamed for their poor services, I suggest you take your business elsewhere because they won't even want to let me or you leave a negative review about of how terrible your experience was without also fighting over that too and wanting you to verify it. Twice and probably three times more if you're really unlucky.

I have had to even asked for them to meet a half way point with me and refund me my remaining days left on my "dedicated server" (not even a full refund) and they declined me. Not realizing they were already going back against their own 3 day money back' terms of service I had read. I clearly had enough of this and withdrew everything financial from these people and made sure my credit card company knew about this problem so no further transactions would be made on my account from their automatic payment.

BisectHosting spams people because they are constantly looking for more people to do this to and think it is a joke, it is not a joke and it pisses me off the way they treat people like a joke. Honest hosting servers do not need to spam peoples e-mails to get money because they have many

Customers to make money from that aren't constantly leaving their company.

I wouldn't take this review down for my refund let alone even $10,000 from these people, because I know they will keep doing this to other people for as long as they keep pretending their company is "perfect" and reporting 1 star reviews from TrustPilot so they can pretend none of their reviews are 1 star. They are, you just can't see them because they keep reporting them. That is how angry I am from watching how many reasonable 1 star reviews they keep reporting and censoring all with the same issues as I had people who are being ripped off and made to seem like it's their fault their company is completely disorganized. Knowing this is just going to happen to more people just pisses me off and disgusts me more.

I will never use BisectHosting again even for $10,000 if it means making more people aware of these cons.

No one should have to be ripped off, having the personal information taken from them without their consent or simply lied when a company truly does have a poor service and they are refusing to admit to it. Is when you know a business is really going down hill. That's exactly how some businesses can actually get people killed like Boeing's 737 MAX. Do not buy from BisectHosting services. You may not die but they can force you into a debt by automatically billing you or selling your identity.

It is unacceptable and they will continue to be unacceptable for less than a dollar, so if this review has helped you understand your own situation at all be sure to leave a "useful" tag on it to be a reminder that people shouldn't have their 1 star reviews censored just because a company wants to lie to its own customers.

To those considering Bisect; Do not be surprised if these things happen to you if / when / after you buy and when they do, you should also re-read this review if you are currently purchasing BisectHosting and see for yourself if it has helped you at all because you'll probably find yourself right in the same shoes I was. Having to block them off your freaking credit card company.

Tl; dr

Don't buy from BisectHosting.

Tip for consumers:
Don't ever use this service or trust the reviews on 'TrustPilot'
