I purchased a dedicated server that costed more than $80 for me and my friends and it wouldn't even run with just me on it. After trying to fix it for one day I tried to get a refund so I could try and buy from a different host but they said that was not possible and refused to refund me despite my server being unable to run with just me on it.

I wish I did more research to find these reviews because nothing on trustpilot shows any reviews about their dedicated servers and I guess I know why now. I got completely scammed.

I changed my name on their website too because it doesn't allow me to delete my personal information. Last thing I want is them making more money off of my from my personal identity.

Despite spending $70+ on a small server for myself and a few friends it would repeatedly show i have no server owned and no matter where i looked for assistance nothing would allow me to access the new server i purchased. I attempted to cancel my subscription and upon doing so was given 'assistance' from the support, all they managed to do however was help me transfer the info from one email to another, still not fixing the issue of the missing server. When i finally had enough of a headache from trying to figure out their labrynth of settings i decided to cut my losses and get the refund since i only just bought it today and as soon as i placed the request it logged me out of the site and locked all means of loging back into the account not accepting any of the login info despite all the logins and paswords being written on paper sitting next to me and having worked perfectly just before the request. So now I sit here in frusteration at the loss of $70 over a useless 'server' that doesnt even exist. If you are considering purchasing throuhg Bisecthosting, grab a metal pole, keep an eye on the weather, and stand in a storm, you are more likely to get struck by lightning and survive than successfully running a server through these scammers.
