I was supposed to have received a $50 pre-paid card from them. The card never showed. When you call their customer service, they do not let you speak to a representative without said card number. So then your last resort is through email, to which they just tell you to call the number and speak to customer service.
After all of this, out of pure exhaustion I gave up. Recently I received an email saying the card would soon expire due to inactivity. I once more went through this process and experienced the same run-around.
It's one circulative process that is scummy, dirty, and mad evil. No doubt the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
