I have ordered maybe 500 items from LAZADA, especially during the pandemic. Some items I got were from SCAMMERS, and some I ordered from LEGIT, authorized sellers, or from "official" laz mall, brands, but have poor quality. They were shoes, bags and dresses that did NOT pass the QA test maybe? Some dresses I bought for 1,500 but the cut was odd, the stitching was bad, or it looked very cheap- something you can buy from DIVI for 200. The shoes I bought for 700, broke after 4-5 uses, when I go to church. The bags I ordered, were sent in a plastic bag, FOLDED! And stuff for my daughter were from scammers! That cost me- 500 each, about 3 of those orders, for my child- were different from the ones they advertised online. AND LAZADA management does NOT care.
