Ordered goods 24. 1. 17. Never got them. Can't get through on the phone, tried 9.am when they say they open & was told I was 100th in line. This I don't believe at 9.am. Have received 3 cheques as refund all in the wrong name. These are just delaying tactics as they hope they will give up. Am going on to 3 Counties Radio consumer programme so as they can investigate & name them & I am contacting Trading Standards. I suggest others also contact their local radio station who probably like mine have a consumer programme. I shall also contacting watchdog on TV to see if they will get involved.
