Spent $180. Was told via email AND on the site AND on the YouTubers channel that if I ordered by December 5th I'd get my items before Christmas. Got an email week of Christmas says oops sorry something caused delays, we won't issue refunds but PRINT THIS PAPER AND GIVE IT AS A GIFT TO THE RECIPIENT! I really wish I would have used a credit card so I could dispute this SCAM. No refund when you lied and then charged $16 for shipping on a $180 purchase. I should have known better but my son LOVED the YouTuber who uses these horrible people to market and sell his gear. It's the 27th. Still no package. No tracking. Nothing. And they deleted their BBB page. Very trusty. SMH
