Keep your money in your pocket and do not give it to this scam of a company. I had my first call to them to use my warranty and it was an absolute joke. The air-conditioning stopped working and I contacted them. They sent out the contractor for repair, they looked at the problem and said it was the condensation pump. They left without fixing the bad pump. I tried to have them come back out for a week with no response. I fixed the pump myself. When I called to ask for my deductible to be refunded, they said they couldn't since they had already come out. Asked for a manager several times, all they could do is repeat is that the repairman had already come out so they cannot give me a refund. Don't take my word for it, read all the reviews except for the reviews on their site. Must have written or paid for those, I can't find a place on their webpage that lets me leave a review. Go figure.

This company looks and sounds great on their email site, but they are void of any customer service. I ordered 2 boards for my grandsons on December 18th, labels for UPS were created but the boards never shipped. Here it is December 29th and still haven't shipped. Now they say they are out of 1 of the boards I ordered. They will not respond to the questions that I have sent in emails and they don't answer their phones or call you back when you leave a message. I had to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back. Don't believe the same day shipping and quick delivery they state on the page. Before you place an order, call their number and see if they answer, it will give you some insight into the company you will be dealing with.
