I ordered a laptop battery there, which was shipped very quickly and "arrived" within 14 days. Unfortunately, the battery was lost at the German post and was never delivered, although it was noted in the tracking as delivered. Laptop Accessory responded quickly to mails and refunded me the entire amount, although they would not have had to do so.

Thanks for your order&trust. When the parcel reached in your local post and transfer to your home, if nobody at home, they will call you and leave it at your nearest shop or packstation, you can pick it up within one week, if long time no movement, the parcel may loss.
Please do not worry, most our parcels were signed by receiver. And if you do not get the parcel. We will check it and give you satisfaction solution soon.
