Their service to dismiss your tickets is not working, scam, using bait and switch guaranteed to refund $99 if your ticket didn't get dismissed. Well by the time you get the decision back it's too late pass 30 days, but there website stated in red:

This is what they have responded on emails:
I am sorry to hear that you did not prevail regarding your citation. However, in order to obtain a refund, we require that you provide us with your entire Notice of Decision that you received from the court (this is the court form TR-215) within "THIRTY (30) DAYS" of the date of the PROOF OF SERVICE of service. However, your notice has gone past the thirty day period and we are therefore unable to provide a refund.
