The theater informed us that the IMAX movie we went to see had technical problems with the IMAX equipment so the slot was cancelled. They told us we had to get a refund from Fandango. Fandango said there would be no refund because the request was after the movie showtime. I tried going through chat to talk to their customer support and explain. I'm still in hold after 20 minutes! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
