Company sent me incorrect produc. Totally messed up our trip as a result. Customer services couldn't care less. Offered to repay difference but no apology, no recognition of their incompetence, no acceptance of responsibility. I won't be purchasing anything from them again and nor should you.

Thank you for your comment. After checking your case it seems that we indeed shipped an incorrect product. Our apologize for this. To further comment on your case: the product's data bundle was fully consumed by yourself and we could therefor only repay the difference between the products.
