They reel you in by making a good resume or cover letter and then charge you money. They shouldnt let you think its "free". I ended up paying for the trial and so far I am happy with it. I havent been hired yet but I feel much more confident when applying. I have never had a cover letter and I didnt know where to start. This was a great tool towards making a good cover letter.
