Contacting Comcast via telephone is essentially an exercise in futility. Always ridiculously long waits approaching an hour or more. I switched most of our service to Spectrum when we moved to Florida although some family members still have Xfinity cell phone service. Calling Spectrum is easy and fast. I much regret ever having anything to do with Comcast.
