I was excited to order a new high end set of grooming shears. When it was delivered each pair were unfastened & unwrapped one was open and loose in the case, leaving 2 pairs damaged. In addition two pairs were the wrong size so having purchased 8 1/2" set I received the 7 1/2" set ($50 difference). They attempted to dispute whether I actually received the wrong set and requested pictures which I sent several showing comparisons of a 7 1/2" straight shears and 8 1/2".
While waiting to resolve this I ordered several more expensive Kenshii products and when my $409+ order was said to be delivered it was not left at the correct address and missing. After calling customer service 3X being told someone would call back (never received one) they told me I needed to file a police report and they would not assist further in any way. How is this ok? There was no option to give detailed delivery instructions nor one that added insurance on my package. They were Sry rude and not remorseful in the smallest of ways. No "I'm so sorry this happened and not only are you out $700 you also still need to purchase a new set of shears because they were never delivered"! How is this ok?
I'm honestly outraged! Never will order from here again and I suggest you don't either.
