I joined the Ask Method "Coaching" Program thinking that it would be the best way to get my small solopreneur business off the ground.

I believed that coaches would be invested in helping me become successful and that I would learn simple ways to market effectively online - via a quiz funnel, specifically, but also webinars, etc.

Unfortunately, this was NOT the case.

The program was so convoluted to the point where it would take months just to properly create a funnel. But finally, I went through all the training and "bootcamps" and created my first funnel.

Here's where the catch is.

>>> Their program is 100% reliant on facebook ads. <<<

Which isn't mentioned in their marketing when you're considering joining the course.

I had a lot of difficulty getting my ads setup and the one video in their "training library" was completely outdated so it offered no help.

I asked for personal help to get my ad running but was just given some lackluster advice on the facebook group that didn't help at all.

I ended up having to pay someone outside of the program to get my ads up and running and spent thousands of dollars on ads without any sales resulting from it.

It's not the fact that the ads or funnels didn't work that I have an issue with, it's the fact that this program is marketed as a 1-on-1 "coaching" program.

I would expect a marketing or business "coach" to help me figure out what is going wrong and find what will work.

When I asked for a refund for my $1k deposit for the next year of coaching they refused to give it to me even though I had a terrible experience and hadn't started the next year of coaching yet.

Some seriously sad and calloused customer service at Ask.

In my opinion, it's clear that Ryan Levesque and the Ask Method just isn't focused on their customer's success as much as getting their money.

Tl; dr - I just didn't receive the "personalized coaching" that should have been provided for a pricepoint of over $15k! And the complete reliance on facebook ads should have been transparent from the beginning since it will cost you thousands of dollars to get going. They just want your money, not committed to your success.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I knew that I'd have to spend thousands of dollars in facebook ads on top of what I paid for "coaching" with the Ask Method. I also wish I knew how terrible their customer "service" is.

Worst customer service experience ever.

I ordered metallic thank you cards for my small business, and sent the design in promptly. I was instructed to make the areas to be metallic in a "cyan color." I did as instructed, and was as clear as possible that I was following the instructions for the cyan color to be where the gold metallic should go.

The cards arrived, and they were in cyan metallic.

Annoying, but luckily it wasn't an urgent order. I contacted their customer service about the issue and waited.

And emailed again. And waited.

And emailed again... And waited.

After a couple weeks I finally called them and was given the runaround, saying someone would call me.

Finally someone called, named Amber, and she admitted that she was wrong in confirming with the "design team" that cyan was the correct color. She admitted it was her fault, and I was just glad that 48HourPrint saw it that way.

She asked me to send her a proof of what the card should look like, and I did.

Then I was sent an invoice for the new order.

When I again contacted customer service about this I was ghosted AGAIN for weeks.

I continued to email with no response back.

Then I got on their online chat and when I explained the situation I was told my "request was denied" and they ended the chat while I was still typing.

So basically I spent over $500 on unusable cards because of their error which they refuse to fix.

Should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned.

Tl; dr 48HourPrint admitted they made a mistake on my cards (making them unusable) yet refused to refund me or send me new ones (without me paying full price to get them). Customer service is horrendous.
