I have tried many times to update my profile. They claim everyone is local bit they are not.
Very average site and overall not worth it.

They keep prodding you to upgrade
If you can leave your laundry outside it is a great service.
In fact, if you do not have to use coin op dryer and washer this service is well worth it.
