This is a circle of stupid. I closed my account which for some dumb reason they closed my son's account. He now has no access to his funds what he gets from work. He is a minor child with a job. Not only is the website and app always broken, but they are holding his funds hostage for 3 weeks. Per Walmart Money Card's fault they closed his account. Now they want to make him submit documents to "verify" his account in order for him to get his money (that they are holding) in a check for. He has to wait 3 weeks after all that stupid riff raff is submitted. The agents are not good English speakers and their language barriers and accents make simple communication very difficult. None of these documents were needed to create the card/account. Now he has to get a real bank account and still wait on his actual money that was on the card. This is a circle of stupid! Walmart you seriously need to do better. I am pretty sure Sam Walton would be disappointed at what ridiculousness the company has turned into. Should have just stuck with stores and gas. Really holding someone's money after closing the wrong account is beyond bonkers.
