“Watch what you click on when ordering from Kohls”

I noticed on my wifes credit card two months-worth of a FreeShipping subscription for December and January. We never signed up for this site. When my wife called to get some answers she was greeted by customer service and they agreed to send my wife an email notification verifying a full refund. We are waiting for the $12.97/month to show up on the credit card.

Let us know if you have any further concerns about the refund! It should appear on your statement within 2-5 business days of the issue date.

I'd love to explain what our service is and how you became a member with us. We offer new users a 7-day free trial to get a feel for our site and claim their $10 cash back bonus. On the sign up page, directly above where users insert their credit card information, it is stated that if a new user would like to continue using our service past the trial period, they are agreeing to pay the $12.97 monthly membership fee. To avoid being charged, members must cancel their account within their trial period. This information is also stated in our terms of use, which must be agreed to before successfully signing up. The terms are also reiterated in the welcome email each new user receives upon signing up for our service.
