I promoted a commercial listing on Loopnet on June 1 and sold it via my local MLS in 21 days and it closed a month later. I obtained a few leads from Loopnet were not qualified buyers. Loopnet is now stealing my money: I signed up with loop net for only a 3 Months of Marketing as this was the shortest period offered. The customer service person said I would not be billed after my 3 month period. They have now billed me for 5 months and after my complaints my service is cancelled effective Dec 1,2021 meaning they plan to steal 4 additional months of payments from me. I would avoid this sites the results are poor and they are dishonest. Horrible outfit. Terry Sullivan, Broker RE/MAX
Tip for consumers:
I would not pay to enter a commercial listing on their site. The buyer leads were few and they were unqualified and their goal is to take your money by continually charging your credit card.
