Ordered in April. I got suspicious when I wasn't notified of the status. I had no idea the product was coming from China. When I sent them an email, they stated that due to corona virus, they were disinfecting their packaging, and that corona virus was slowing them down. I decided o ask for a refund and was told no, that they had just shipped the item. (B's). I was then told to load up a tracking app named "shop" so I did... then, they showed me that the item which was a set of "magic teeth brace" from a company called "quirky prefer" that the item left China airport and landed somewhere in Indeed Kansas, I think it said, but after this... Unless I agreed to allow this "shop" app access to my email, that I wouldn't be able to track the item. I was not about to agree to that, so I still have no idea where my "magic teeth brace" item is at. A wasted 19.99, and I'm not the only one they're doing this to. I highly suggest do not place orders from China. I hate these liars, and scammer's.
