I signed up for 7 day trail at certain price. I then on the same day sent email to Spokeo to cancel subscription services. Next I find a charge of $24.95 billed to my PayPal account. I call, explain myself and the end outcome is "we can't give a full refund since it has already been billed, but we will send you 9.98 and you can use the service for the remainder of the month subscription. This is modern day theft, and I will never use Spokeo again. Been Verified is your competitor and will have my business in the future.
