I ordered sunglasses on 11/26/2020 which I received tracking for delivery on 12/2/2020. I waited until today 12/3 to contact West. The tracking just listed a delay with no explication. The salesperson was polite and agreed that they may be "lost" and agreed to send another pair. I received an email that they were out of stock and my original order canceled. I hope shipping companies will catch on and stop allowing pre-tracking numbers to be assigned until pickup.
