I was told I was approved just wait for my SIM card to arrive, after one week I called them and was told everything is fine just wait they have alot of orders sooo after two weeks I get an email saying lifeline needs more information so I called them and was told everything is ok, this ladys english was so bad I had to ask her several times to repeat herself, finally I asked to speak to a manager after talking to her I was told they needed more information that I had not been approved yet! After 3 weeks of telling me I had been. They clearly don't know what thay are doing at qlink and will tell you anything, no one likes to be lied to including myself so today I am just going to go buy service from another company and be done with this.
