Ordered a battery that was supposed to be Zero-cycle but was just a used Apple battery with the label wiped off partially. When I called they said they buy thousands of these and that is what they get. Definitely not top quality. I've had good experience with them in the past but don't trust them any more. Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their stuff and just claim the terms are terms and you're out of luck. I have to pay to send it back which means you might be lucky enough to get it when you order!
