I've emailed them twice asking if I could get a refund on returns instead of store credit (what actual credible company doesn't offer refunds?) and haven't gotten ANY response other than an automated one apologizing that they've been "flooded with questions". It's been a whole week and no response. To make it worse, one of the items in my order was out-of-stock so instead of refunding me for it, they just gave me store credit. No thank you! I don't want anything from your site anymore, I want my money back!
