I am so bummed! I ordered two different sets of cups weeks ago for my daughter's graduation party. The party is this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I just received a call that the order was on hold because they weren't sure what color I wanted the print to be on one of the cups ordered. Because it takes 7 days to ship an order, I had to cancel the whole order. Why am I just getting called now? And in my summary of the order, the color is stated right there. Ugh. If you need these on a deadline, order somewhere else. I wish I did.

An imprint color was chosen on one set of cups, however, there was no imprint color chosen for the second set of cups. We cannot print an order unless we know exactly what imprint color is to be used. Our customer care team contacted you via voicemail message and email message on Wednesday, June 10,2020 and on Friday, June 12,2020. We received a call from you on Tuesday, June 16,2020. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to print and delivery your order. We are terribly sorry for this unfortunate situation. We are offering you a complimentary order (on us) for your next event.
