Like many others who were ripped off by this company, I sent them an impeccable black leather classic Coach bag that was flawless (documented with pictures prior to sending) and was in total accord with all of their requirements.
They emailed some vague response that it did not meet their standards (but no specific details), and said that the bag would not be returned even tho I offered to send the $12.99 return fee ( not sent originally because the bag was flawless).

Clearly a long history of alleged fraudulent business practices. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and will soon file a police report. Do not let them get away with this.
