I ORDERED 2 DRESSES ABOUT A MONTH AGO. ONE OF THE DRESSES I RECEIVED I DIDN'T ORDER, THEY GAVE ME SOMETHING ELSE. I CALLED TWICE AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT, THEY NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME. I SENT EMAILS SHOWING THE INVOICE OF WHAT I ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ACTUALL SENT. THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK WITH ME, SO I JUST GIVE UP, I'M STUCK WITH SOMETHING I WILL NOT WEAR. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The clothes are expensive, but nice, so I felt like my item should have been exchanged or money refunded, but I was just ignored and given the run around
