I bought a motorbike crankshaft from eBay online shopping and only to discover that it is damaged, therefore, i returned it and the seller confirmed that he did receive it back, eBay then promised to refund me my money back in few days time and till this day no money was paid. They no longer respond to my email ever since they made the promise to refund me and now its been years. I wouldn't encourage anyone to use them because they are not reliable, I'm so disappointed.

“Same here, my windshield was smashed and I sent it back but when filing for refund all I dot was order not found and when I emailed them they said I should have did exactly what I tried to do for 2 days non stop but got order not found”
