Bought a laptop from thier site. It came and I went to use it but the product id that was listed on the bottom of the laptop did not work in activating windows 10. Wrote them of the problem (it is the only way to get a hold of them) and they just sent me the same info that is sent with the laptop on finding and activating the system. Then they wanted me to take a picture of the product id and model & s/n......which I did. 5 days later they finally wrote that a product manager was looking into it. Not once did anyone call me. They took their sweet time in finally getting back to me and so now I sit here with a laptop that can not be activated and with a company that I'm dealing with that does not value their customers in my opinion. I have now requested a return authorization and of course I have not heard from them. Buyers beware of my lousy experience with them!!

Tip for consumers: Stay away. Poor/No customer service in my opinion and experience.
