I went to return some clothes to store I ordered online, because jacket was too small. Couple of sales people walked by me, told me at someone will be with me shortly. But no one came to the register, I was standing there for awhile. I looked around and girls were just folding clothes on the tables just ignoring me. I guess I had bag in my hands with jacket. Finally I had to go and ask if someone will come to take care of my stuff. Same time one girl started help lady who came after me and wanted to buy clothes. Very bad customer service. I stopped buying clothes from Buckle, because of this. I will buy online but not in store. Awful. I don't know why management does not do anything about it. Location of store Springfiled MO
