Worst customer experience ever X 3. I will never use groupon again. This is the second time I have planned a trip around a groupon event and been completely screwed! Both events didnt even exist when we got there. And then the rep says he gave me a refund of the 41$ ticket only nothing more, and I call back 2 weeks later to find that the rep "forgot" to issue the refund... LIKE WTF what kind of company is this?!
