I ordered a ring set March 29th, kept emailing and online chatting with the staff asking if I could get a tracking number. By this time it's June 2nd. I requested a refund and the staff was firm about sending a replacement. Each week I called just to check on the shipment of the ring and no answer. I had finally had enough and had to tell them I'm very unsatisfied and upset that the ring I bought my daughter wasn't going to be presented to her on the date she would graduate. I then told the staff if they could locate the shipment of the ring and finally they told me that the ring was lost and that they would refund me my month within 3-5 business days. Wow, 5 days later the refund was granted, and what do you know... the ring came days later in the mail. Wowwwww! So my daughter deserved a free ring for all the hell I had to endure
