In the beginning, I gave Steven the wrong IMEI code and when I received the unlock code it wouldn't work. Of course, not knowing why it wouldn't work, I became frustrated and requested a refund, which was sent immediately. But then, even after receiving a refund, Steven still wanted to help me. Via TeamViewer, he logged into my phone and discovered I was one digit off on the IMEI code that I provided him. Stupid me... He unlocked my Galaxy S4 immediately and resent an invoice to my PayPal and patiently waited for me to pay him for his services.
