I ordered product thru Walmart. Item was NEVER DELIVERED. After numerous emails to Joybuy, a JD.com company, there was NO RESOLUTION. I would get an email stating they were working on it and would get back with me, then a few days later they would send another email that the case was being closed due to lack of contact. After two months of trying to deal with Joybuy, I escalated the issue up the chain with Walmart and they graciously issued a refund and were very apologetic for the lack of service from Joybuy. I will NEVER order from JD.com or Joybuy again and I am on a mission is to post the information everywhere I can.
