Paid first report because it didn't give me information it said it would for free. Then that didn't give it so I paid additional 9.95 for premium report and that didn't give me the i formation either! Don't use find a different company

I'm sorry you're not satisfied with our service. This is not the kind of experience we wanted you to have. Please know that all customers are welcome to run a preliminary search for free, which will provide a preview of the possible results available when you subscribe to our services. Nonetheless, maintaining quality information requires fees for access, collections, updates, and sorting, which is why our reports are not free.

Additionally, although premium reports will provide additional information, the data's availability still depends on what was gathered publicly.

I can see that you were trying to find information on a VIN. We sincerely apologize, but we could not find any additional information on your request within our database. This may happen if the vehicle is under any of the following conditions:

(1) has been newly purchased/transferred;
(2) hasn't been updated for a long time;
(3) has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state.

I canceled the account and refunded the $9.95 fee for the Premium Report. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days. Rest assured, we are working on improving our services.
