UPS confirmed they received my return on March 5 2021 and I just realized I never received the credit, today is May 8,2021! I called today and was told they had a problem with the system and so I asked, "so if I hadn't called, the credit would have never been processed?" She had no answer! Scammers! Stay away! I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD! DISGUSTING!
